However, I believe we have to tackle the notion of sexual ownership before we are able to speak to cultural and contextual ramifications as it relates to sexuality.

So much of who we are as women is tied into what we produce and how much we produce. Whether its money in the account, dinner on the table, or a baby in the bassinet someone else gets to reap the benefits of what comes from us. Our sexuality is our own it lives in us, and breads in us and gaining encouragement for discovering one's own sexuality is a gift. Whether you get that from your White friend, a good book, or a mind blowing lubricant...go for it!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-610937282836232507.post-5216850419235906042009-06-23T15:29:32.804-07:002009-06-23T15:29:32.804-07:00I think Black woen are still afraid of be labeled ...I think Black woen are still afraid of be labeled as sluts, knowing our history with slavery and all that, so Black women are extra careful to make sure they are respected, or at least the men they becolme involved with respect them and treasure the experience of intimacy when it happens, not saying if it's good or bad they women got to decide what works for them. please always be wise thoWalterplushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01685685032799332265noreply@blogger.com
